Located in Oakland, California, Colusa Pacific Capital (CPC) is a full-service investment, brokerage and property management firm. We specialize in the sale, leasing and management of commercial/residential properties as well as investments in commercial real estate. Our primary area of focus is in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area.
We handle the sale, leasing and management of office, retail and multi-family properties. Thomas Tsukiyama is the Owner and President of Colusa Pacific Capital (CPC). Mr. Tsukiyama received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley and went on to obtain a masters degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Banking and Corporate Finance. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE License Number 00964024).
Prior to starting CPC, Mr. Tsukiyama worked for Polaris Investment Management Corporation, a subsidiary of General Electric Capital Corporation and Commonwealth Companies, an Oakland California based real estate firm.
